The CVSD school board recommends the Vermont School District Redistricting Task Force primarily utilize a supervisory district governance model and believes that CVSD should not consolidate with other districts.

As part of the Vermont Judiciary’s “On the Road” series, the state Supreme Court travels to one Vermont high school each fall. After being briefed on the day’s docket by Vermont Judiciary clerks, students taking business law, AP government and other classes heard oral arguments in three cases currently being appealed before the Supreme Court.

Tyler Alexander, a social studies teacher at Champlain Valley Union High School and an eighth-generation Vermonter, just published a book, entitled, "If I Can Get Home This Fall."

Throughout the first week of school, circus performer and circus arts educator Troy Wunderle has been helping to fill Williston Central School with the sounds of laughter, team building, and joy.
