As April break approaches and routines shift, we encourage families to create balance by setting small, realistic limits on screen time to help improve sleep, mood, and connection. Two CVU High School students—senior Clay Nicholson and junior Amelie Fairweather—received top honors at March’s Vermont STEM Fair for their projects that tackle real-world challenges.
